As this DM umbrella is designed for double bit locks double bit measuring 6x6, its structure is adapted accordingly. The pick includes two sticks with 6 prongs. These pins are arranged in a specific order corresponding to the lock they are made for. On the other hand, the pins are tightened using a pin manipulator. It is positioned at the back of the handle. If they are tight, the pins will be difficult to move. If they are loose, the pins will be loose.

PREPARATION
You take one of the two springs and place it in the handle. Then you remove the cap from the stick (positioned on the back of it). Then you insert the stick into the handle as shown in the video.
You tighten it to the handle with the hex wrench. And you insert the pin manipulator into the back of the handle. The movement of the pins (how tight they are) is the most important thing. Failure to tighten them correctly will cause the opening procedure to fail! Finally, you mount the small tension handles. The umbrella is ready for use.

OPENING AND REPAIR PROCEDURE WITH THE DM UMBRELLA
Make sure the lock is the RIGHT one. You insert the tool with the pins corresponding to the position of the levers inside the lock. You begin the opening procedure.

The Umbrella DM will raise each lever to a specific height so that the locking bolt can advance. At some point, the pins will "assume" the position corresponding to that of the "teeth" of the original key.

In addition, the DM umbrella is easy to assemble and disassemble. Another key point is how easily you can repair a broken or bent pin - simply unscrew the pin handler and replace the damaged pin.

This lock picking tool works non-stop. disruptive. Each tool can be used on a specific lock! In this case, the 6x6 universal umbrella covers most 6x6 double bit locks of the same dimensions as the tool. The dimensions of the interior of the locks (the size of the original key) are crucial. GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE DM UMBRELLA
There is no “one tool to open ALL locks”. Therefore, a universal tool cannot exist with this type of tool! The operator must know which double-bit lock they are trying to open. This is why locksmith knowledge is necessary.

These lock picking tools work WITHOUT FORCE.You apply medium tension. The tool will raise each of the double bit lock's levers to a specific height. This allows the locking bolt to move forward. This happens until it "adopts" the position corresponding to that of the "teeth" of the original key. In this way, the profile of half of the key is obtained. To obtain the other half, it is necessary to repeat the operation for the second half of the profile. At this point you have a complete double bit profile capable of opening and closing the lock exactly like the original key.
